About Us
Smart Quality Homes is a fast growing property development company that manages and promotes exclusive housing projects on the Costa Blanca South. The company was founded by the two Norwegian partners Runar Wilhelmsen and Christian Ahlbom. The company strive to develop and deliver projects and homes that meet even the highest standards, working with high quality materials and modern solutions. In our projects we are even introducing some new innovative construction materials to the Spanish market. We work with carefully selected partners, architects and reputable builders.
With many years of experience in the real estate market on Costa Blanca, we know a great deal about the housing market in the area. Our goal is to combine what is already working well here, with some improvements from Scandinavia.
Who is behind
Smart Quality Homes
Runar
Runar is the manager and co-founder of Smart Quality Homes. He moved to Spain with his family in 2018 and lives in the area of La Mata just outside Torrevieja. Runar has a financial degree and used to work for Nordea bank in Norway before moving to Spain. Since 2018 he has gained a broad experience being involved in several parts of the real estate sector on the Costa Blanca. He benefits from an extended network, is fearless and all about innovation and progress.
Christian
Christian is the company’s senior advisor and co-founder. He moved to Spain back in 2015 and lives in Torrevieja with his family. He has an extended network in the area, thanks to his fluent Spanish language and his ability to intergrate. Christian is experienced and passionate about construction and innovative solutions. He works closely with the construction companies and architects, supervising our projects on site. Christian works tirelessly to keep our customers pleased.
